Providence is calling a Sonographer II to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sonographer II to provide patient care services using imaging modalities.
This is an on call, variable position.
In this position you will:
Perform and evaluate sonographic examinations.
Obtain patient clinical history and perform physical assessments of patient conditions to determine appropriate testing protocol.
Provides technical interpretation of sonographical and physiological data to aid physicians in rendering medical diagnoses.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound program (minimum one year in length)
Associate Degree in a related health care field
Current American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) registration in two specialties
Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Certification in at least three specialty areas
Minimum of two years general Sonography for Abdomen and Obstetrics
