Indiana University Health Physicians has an employment opportunity for a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgeon to join our highly skilled, compassionate team of caregivers at University and Eskenazi Hospitals in Indianapolis.
The successful candidate will have faculty appointment in the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Indiana University Health. Our dedicated team of physicians place special emphasis on preventive medicine and the early detection of health problems. We also provide a collaborative approach to care, involving experts from various specialties, in order to enhance patient and family outcomes.
Excellent work-life balance with standard work week schedule and shared in-house call coverage
Diverse patient population ranging in ages and conditions throughout Indianapolis area, with ample patient volume to grow the practice
Full-scope surgical and non-surgical gynecological care for disorders such as endometriosis, cysts, fibroids, and pelvic pain
Heavier focus on outpatient work to inpatient care (75% / 25%), office-based hysterscopy, advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgeries
Faculty appointment with IU School of Medicine Department of Ob/Gyn with an expectation for clinical education, including MIGS fellows, and QI research opportunities
